Policy Statement
It is the policy of the Kings County Association of Governments (KCAG) that no person shall be denied the benefits of or be subjected to discrimination in any KCAG program, service, or activity on the grounds of race, color, national origin, age, or disability. KCAG requires its contractors and grantees to comply with this policy.
Filing a Title VI Complaint with KCAG
Any person who believes he or she has been subjected to discrimination under Title VI on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, or disability, may file a Title VI complaint with KCAG within 180 days from the date of the alleged discrimination.
