The JLUS process was guided by a Policy Committee comprised of elected officials from the city of Lemoore, county of Kings, county of Fresno, and senior staff from NAS Lemoore. All recommendations made at the conclusion of the study was subject to approval of the Policy Committee. The Policy Committee was supported by a Technical Working Group (TWG) and staff from KCAG and the participating jurisdictions. All meetings of the Policy Committee and TWG were open to any interested person. Agendas and supporting materials were posted prior to the meetings.
