The California Department of Finance (DOF) provides yearly population estimates by counties and cities.  These estimates reflect events such as births, deaths, and county-to-county migration.  Please refer to the Kings County General Plan information below for unincorporated community population estimates, as the DOF does not provide this level of detail.
