The Kings County Association of Governments (KCAG) is a metropolitan planning organization (MPO) for the Kings County region. We are a joint powers authority whose member agencies include the county of Kings and the cities of Avenal, Corcoran, Hanford, and Lemoore.

KCAG is preparing the Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the 2026 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) and Sustainable Communities Strategy (SCS).
