The Kings County Association of Governments (KCAG) is a metropolitan planning organization (MPO) for the Kings County region. We are a joint powers authority whose member agencies include the county of Kings and the cities of Avenal, Corcoran, Hanford, and Lemoore.

The Valley Transportation Resiliency Advancement for Neighborhoods Sustainable Freight Movement Study (V-TRANSFRM)
Kings County Association of Governments is looking for your input in the V-TRANSFRM freight study. V-TRANSFRM studies the way freight travels through the San Joaquin Valley, identifies locations on the goods movement system that are vulnerable to extreme climate events, and proposes potential improvements.
