Welcome to KCAG!

The Kings County Association of Governments (KCAG) is a metropolitan planning organization (MPO) for the Kings County region. We are a joint powers authority whose member agencies include the county of Kings and the cities of Avenal, Corcoran, Hanford and Lemoore. KCAG serves as a pass-through agency for transit and transportation funding. Additionally, KCAG serves as a coordinating body for issues that are multi-jurisdictional and interregional in nature.

With recently adopted climate change legislation implemented in California, KCAG has maintained its role as a transportation funding agency while gaining additional responsibilities. KCAG looks forward to working all interested parties to realize the goal of sustainability in our region.
